Good location.

Breakfast was bad even for American standards.

staff was excellent, room was good, breakfast was fair

did not love the breakfast because it was like reheated frozen stuff

I liked the fact that they allowed me early access to my room for a shower after the overnight flight.

The continental breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with a wide variety of food choices.

It was hard to find in the dark - the address is Fruitville Road, but the entrance is off a back street. I had to call for directions.

Clean, nice location, friendly staff. Great breakfast spread. Expected usual fruit,cereal & juice but they went way beyond that. It included those but also had, omelettes, sausage, large selection of pastries, lots of fresh fruit, bagels, breads, juices, milk, coffee, tea, etc. It was a nice surprise. It was added to as quickly as the supply ran low.

Smell rare in the room and in the sorroundings. After leaving the clothes that we left in the room smelt really bad and they had to be washed.

Ease of access, centrally located to resturants, shopping, points of interest.

One of the best roadside Inn's we have stayed at. The whole hotel has a clean, fresh, well laid out appeal. A superb example of what a Hotel of this type should be.

There were no negatives about this Hotel.

It was close to the Nathan Bender park where the Dragon boats had their run which is why I booked this hotel. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful. Since we had to come back to the room early the first day I was happily surprised that the room was already cleaned and set for our friends to visit.

The pool needed to be better maintained. I know it was a windy weekend but the pool should have been cleaned from the big pieces of debris and I was isn't sure if the filter was working since there was a lot of dirt at the bottom of the pool. Because of this reason we did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool- The hot tube was fine but we needed better availability of pool towels for client use. I also felt the carpet was old and needed replacement.

Very attentitive staff. Answered all inquiries and were very nice to deal with!!!

I would only recommend this hotel if they were on a limited budget. If they wanted to enjoy the Sarasota beaches then I would'nt recommend the hotelas its adrive to them.Also the breakfast was adequate nothing special.

The pool had sun in the afternoon and was always clean and inviting Good variety at breakfast Evening meal very enjoyable

No complaints...it was well priced and perfect location for an overnight stay with very comfortable beds and pillows!

I loved everything about this hotel. Check-in was seamless and the room was very well appointed and clean. I spent some time in the lobby/lounge watching tv in a Living Room setting, which was very comfortable. Probably the best thing about this stay was the great night's sleep I got. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was quiet. There was a complimentary breakfast, however, I did not have it. All in all, a great night in the Americinn. I would certainly stay there again.

The breakfast that was included with the room had more choices and was the best I have had from any motel.

Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants/bars. Free Wifi & decent breakfast. Over all was a great hotel and would recommend.

Room cleanliness was good, only let down by wet carpet making the room smell damp and musty.
